I’ve shown up for working families, stood shoulder to shoulder with our unions, and pushed back when the state tried to stand in the way of Shelby County. This campaign is about action, not promises. Meet JB Smiley
JB Smiley, Jr. is a proud Memphian, raised by a social worker and a Bronze Star soldier.
From washing dishes to leading on City Council, he’s never shied away from hard work. JB’s built his life on service—to his family, his city, and the people who make it home. He’s an attorney, author, and Chair Emeritus of the Memphis City Council. Now, he’s ready to bring that same dedication to the office of County Mayor.
